REFUND POLICY

REFUND POLICY 

By accepting the rental agreement, you are agreeing to the following terms:

​

  • Cancelations must occur 5 days prior to your event (We start prepping the car 5 days before the event.)

​

  • Cancelations after 5 days results in NO refunds.

​

  • If a mechanical issue occurs on track which is NOT at the fault of the driver, we will charge by session completed, or lap completed, at a discount to the customer.​

​

  • If a customer no shows, they will still be charged.​

​

  • ​Rescheduling must be completed 3 days before the event.

​

  • Any damage caused on the track to the vehicle or track itself due to customer driving habits, will be taken out of your deductible.
